Keep Your Workout Simple Somtimes
Not every day should be a marathon workout in the gym. Ease up on yourself and take a fitness walk instead. Just be sure to add some moves to it, such as sidewalk lunges, or pushups on the side of a fence. A fitness walk isn't a copout when you make it a little more challenging!
